| 10cp Organisational Change Prerequisites 120cp including PERS200 Human Resource Management. Teaching Organisation 3 hours per week for 12 weeks or equivalent. The scope of this unit will embrace organisational culture, organisational change and renewal, intervention strategies, empowerment, team development, organisational transformation and the management of the change process. Although, students may have been introduced to some of these areas in various subjects, this unit will extend the range and depth of knowledge in selected topics.
