As well as those listed below the Australian Catholic University Foundation and various benefactors fund a number of bursaries, prizes and scholarships. Some are open to all enrolled students; others are restricted to students in particular courses or even at particular campuses. Sir John Monash Awards for postgraduate studies (PhD, DPhil or professional
Masters degree) are offered for study at some of the best overseas universities.
Eight awards are made annually to Australian citizens adjudged to have outstanding
academic achievement, community consciousness and service and leadership potential
