The Professional Nurse
This unit is designed to prepare students for role transition from the student world to the 'real-life' work of the professional nurse. Students will have the opportunity to explore career pathways in nursing and strategies to enhance their personal and professional development. In addition, the unit will address the nature of organisations within a rapidly changing health care system.
