Teaching Organisation 3 hours per week for 12 weeks or equivalent.

Project management has become increasingly important for success in today's business environment. Project management is utilized by small and large companies in a variety of industries, for both internal deliverables as well as external or customer deliverables. In some industries, each customer deliverable is a project. Projects may be as large as the construction of a Petrochemicals plant, or as small as the installation/repair of a domestic water heating system. It is therefore very useful for students of business management to be familiar with the applications, benefits and techniques of project management.
