Teaching Organisation 3 hours per week for 12 weeks or equivalent.

This unit treats quality and reliability as an integral part of all functions of both manufacturing and service organisations. It shows how philosophies, systems, legal aspects, employee involvement and techniques should all contribute to improving quality, reliability and safety and reducing costs.
